Jason was born and raised in Calgary and joined the Crown Isle Real Estate team 6 years ago after a long career as a golf pro. Raising 2 sons in the Comox Valley and being an active member of the Crown Isle community on and off the course, he prides himself on knowing everything there is to know about our community.

John Waterman started in real estate in 1971 in Victoria and moved to the Comox Valley in 1994. He has owned his Real Estate company and has been the manager/broker of several Real Estate companies both here and in Victoria.
John was the broker for Crown Isle Realty from 2000 to 2005. He came back from retirement to once again start Crown Isle Realty. He would like to encourage past clients and prospective new clients to give him a call for exciting NEW information about Crown Isle homes and properties.

Bert joined the Real Estate team in early 2015 and has worked very hard to become one of the valley’s top realtors over the past few years. Bert first joined the team at Crown Isle in the spring of 2000, working for fifteen years teaching golf to players of all ages. Not only does he live within the community, but he’s watched it grow and has been an integral part of it along the way.

Sandy & his wife Jan moved to Crown Isle 5 years ago when he joined their Real Estate team. Moving and settling from a large city has made Sandy realize this lifestyle is the perfect combination of golf and community living. Sandy was born and raised in Vancouver and has been working in real estate for over 30 years. For the last 16 years, Sandy has concentrated on lifestyle real estate. Sandy has worked for Intrawest, Sotheby’s, Intracorp and Magnum, as well as marketing projects in Vernon, Kelowna, Victoria, Revelstoke and Cranbrook.

Do what you love and love what you do. That’s what Melissa Berrigan believes! Melissa joined the world of real estate in 2002 as an unlicensed assistant for long-time REALTORS®, Brent and Donna Cunliffe (now retired) before deciding she too wanted to be a licensed REALTOR®. She found a passion for helping people through the largest and sometimes most stressful transaction of their lives. She graduated from the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2004 and has never looked back. In 2015 Melissa was acknowledged for achieving Top-Tier status. This status is awarded to those who are in the top 5% in their market.
Melissa grew up in Vancouver but moved to the picturesque Comox Valley in the fall of 2000 with her husband who is currently serving the Canadian Armed Forces, along with their two boys Nathan and Jeremy, and their two fur babies, Roxy and Ruger a.k.a. in the neighborhood as the Belgian Malinois.

Jayson Welsh, our construction manager, brings a wealth of experience to Crown Isle Homes. He has been a builder for fifteen years and has been the construction manager for five. You can be assured of a stress-free project with Jayson at the helm. He will ensure the entire process of designing and building your custom home runs smoothly and effectively.
Jayson’s passion for project management extends into the community as well. Jayson recently volunteered himself and crew for foundation work with Habitat for Humanity. You can see Jayson out and about daily managing all his current projects.
